Case #1400006901, Location: Walmart, Aransas Pass

On Sunday, April 20, 2014, at approximately 11:16 am, this male subject assaulted a female inside Walmart. The female victim observed the male following her in the store just before the male approached her, assaulted her, and then fled. After the suspect abruptly left the store, he got inside of a vehicle and left the parking lot towards Demory Lane.
The male subject is described as a chubby, short Hispanic male with a buzz style hair cut. The suspect was wearing a blue polo style shirt and blue jeans. The suspect vehicle is described as a blue 4 door, newer model car.
