Case #1400004052, Location: Aransas Pass Pawn & Jewelry

On Saturday March 8, 2014 approximately 2:41 pm Aransas Pass Police were dispatched to the Aransas Pass Pawn and Jewelry, 1045 W Wheeler Ave., Aransas Pass, Tx for a theft. Upon arrival, the officer learned the victim had set the phone down to look at an item inside the shop. When the victim was not paying attention, the suspect picked the phone up and then walked out of the store. Management showed the officer video from the event.
Police are interested in speaking to the subject pictured below. This subject appeared to be wearing blue jeans, a white and blue shirt, a blue and white ballcap, and boots that appeared to be work style boots. We have attached a still image of this subject.
We understand the image posted is of poor quality. However, we also know that people close to the subject will most likely be able to identify him.
