The Aransas Pass Police Department is underway with the 2nd Annual Cops for Tots Toy Drive. Last Christmas the community stepped forward and made the first year for this event hugely successful. Many children who might not have had a Christmas otherwise, were blessed. Again, we thank each and everyone one of you who contributed during that event.
Well, that time of year is upon us again so let us not fall short this year. We again ask for community support in making this year even more successful than the last. If you would like to donate, we ask that you deliver an unwrapped toy to the Aransas Pass Police Department. We have huge boxes in our lobby for these donated toys. The police department will later be responsible for wrapping the toys and delivering them.
There will also be a Car Show event coming up in December. The location has not yet been determined but the tentative date is set for December 15th. However, entry and participation in the car show event will require an unwrapped toy by all participants. Stay tuned for more details on this event.
