On Wednesday 11/21/2012 at 9:45 a.m. AP Police investigators arrested Joshua Patterson AGE 21 on charges of intoxication manslaughter.
On 11/16/2012 at approximately 2:01 p.m., Joshua Patterson and Jessica Brown were involved in a one vehicle crash on HWY 35 Bypass and HWY 1069 SB, on the frontage road. Investigators found that Joshua Patterson, the driver, had been using drugs and was under the influence of drugs at the time of this crash. Police also found narcotics and drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle.
