On behalf of the Aransas Pass Police Department, I am proud to announce this year’s Employee of the Year, Linda Arismendez. Linda works as a part-time custodian for the police department. But don’t be fooled. She’s really a jack of all trades.
In 2019, Linda returned to the PD from the Aransas Pass Civic Center to work part-time as our department custodian. However, she does so much more. Linda can regularly be found cooking meals for the staff in the department kitchen, decorating areas of the PD, or lending a helping hand for all the department-community related functions.
This year, Linda was nominated and overwhelmingly voted in for the department’s Employee of the Year for 2020. This means her peers recognized her talents and stellar performance and selected her as the most standout employee within the department. She was formally recognized during this year’s annual department Christmas party.
Well deserved, Linda. Keep up the great work you do each and every day here inside the PD!
