New Ordinance, Affecting Our Community – On Monday, August 17, 2020, the City Council voted final approval for ordinance #2020-4320. This ordinance applies only to Lighthouse Trails Kayak Park and bans certain motorized boats from being present on or launched from the park.
This ordinance takes full effect after its official publication on Wednesday, 8/26/2020. Violators are subject to a fine not to exceed $500.00 per day each violation exists.
