Each year the Police Department distributes meals to the less fortunate during the holiday season. The police department is now taking donations for the Aransas Pass Police Department Holiday Fund that was set up for this very purpose. Donations can be submitted directly to the Police Department or City Hall. All donations should be made out to the Aransas Pass Police Department Holiday Fund. We prefer that all donations be made by check or money order. Meals will be distributed the day before Thanksgiving, and if donations support, the day before Christmas. Officers will deliver complete meal set-ups to needy families.
During a previous year and because of your generous donations, the Aransas Pass Police Department was able to feed 20 families for Thanksgiving and Christmas. We would like to see that number grow.
