A child sex offender (defined as a sex offender who is a registered sex offender for an offense committed against a child younger than 17.)
- may not live within 1500 feet of another child sex offender or a child safety zone (CSZ), park, or amusement facility.
- may not loiter on or within 500 feet of a child safety zone (CSZ) or bus stop when a child is present.
