Aransas Pass for Youth, Annual Summer Camp & Public Safety Days

The Aransas Pass for Youth (APFY) and the Aransas Pass Police Department are teaming up once again this summer to bring you the Summer Camp Public Safety Days!

At the APFY Summer Camp, every Friday is known as Public Safety Day – a day for the APPD, Aransas Pass Fire Department, Aransas Pass EMS employees, and surrounding community public safety employees to come together and play outdoor activities with the campers. APFY campers enjoy games of kickball, softball, basketball, and tug of war with public safety employees on their teams.

The purpose of the Aransas Pass for Youth Public Safety Days is to establish trust and improve relationships between the youth and the public safety officials that serve their communities. Past Public Safety Days have been a smash success, and APFY & APPD are gracious to continue the annual tradition.

APFY Summer Camp kicks off this June. Learn more through APFY’s website or at their Facebook Page and sign your child up today!
