On Saturday 05-31-14 just after 2am in the 100 Blk. of E. McClung, officers made contact with two occupants of a vehicle. The duo were acting suspiciously in the parking lot of Stripes.
After seeing marijuana in the vehicle officers detained both subjects. One subject tried to discard some meth while officers were detaining the first subject. Officers searched the subjects and vehicle and found a sawed-off .22 cal rifle and a night stick in subject Micah Poirrier’s pocket. Officers also found numerous swords and illegal knives inside the vehicle along with a large amount of drug paraphernalia. Included with the drug paraphernalia were scales, cooking spoons, a meth pipe, and meth packaging and consumption materials.
Both subjects were arrested and charged. The vehicle they were in was seized by police.
