This past evening, Saturday, January 23, 2021, just after 9 pm, Aransas Pass officers were sent to an address in the 1900 Sherwood Forest Drive for a suspicious situation involving gunshots.
When officers arrived, they found a male and female dead from gunshot wounds. The two were inside a trailer home. The male is identified as 32 YOA Joseph Degrange and the female as 37 YOA Rebekah Degrange. The victims are siblings. Just before hearing gunshots, witnesses observed a male subject in a gray hoodie walk inside the trailer.
APPD detectives continue their investigation, following up on leads and analyzing evidence from the scene. Anyone with information should contact Detective Troy Poe.
