On Saturday 03-15-14 around 3:18 am an officer made contact with a male subject who was falling off his bike at the stripes in the 900 Blk of S. Commercial. The male subject was clearly under the influence of an intoxicant or two and wasn’t very cooperative with the officer. The male subject tried to avoid being arrested and searched.
After the officer was able to arrest the subject, he was found to be in possession of synthetic marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Twenty-nine year old Gabriel Rodriguez was arrested again for possession of a controlled substance, and he was also charged with resisting arrest and public intoxication.
