This holiday season is behind us, but it is one many won’t soon forget! Thanks in huge part to many of you, AP!!!

This year we saw a huge increase in need both for holiday meals for families and gifts for the kiddos. We received many toy donations this year. However, what’s more is the amount of monetary donations received. Supporters of our annual holiday events donated just shy of $20K dollars this year. That’s huge!! We still have some funds to carry over into next year’s holiday season, too. So….. how were those funds and gifts doled out?

This year, your contributions helped fund some of the 30 kiddos who got to shop with area law enforcement and public safety personnel during Shop with a Cop. Additionally, we were able to ensure that 310 children got to celebrate Christmas while also providing 119 families with a well-stocked Christmas feast.  Both projects are carried on annually in memory of our late Sgt. Dennis Anders who continually went above and beyond to ensure families in AP were able to celebrate the holiday season.

Take a huge pat on the back, AP. Those of you who contributed made all the difference for so many. Though we cannot mention everyone for lack of having everyone’s information, here are some of the most notable for their cash contributions, which amounted to the total shared above…

Thank you!

Again, the 2023 holiday season would not have been such a success without your contributions, y’all. And, to the many more out there who we were not able to identify and publicly recognize, thank you! Our AP is a great place to live, work, and play – and all of that is due in huge part because of each one of you who lives and works hard to make AP wonderful. Thank you.”
