Yesterday, our officers participated in our quarterly Defensive Tactics Training. We provide this training to our officers to ensure they are ready and able to respond to any situation they may encounter. This course is designed to assist officers in making decisions when responding to active resistance and aggression. The officers were placed in numerous realistic scenarios and learned how to effectively defend against an aggressive individual.
