Case #1400010964, Location: Walmart Aransas Pass

On Friday, June 27, 2014, the male victim had checked out and left Walmart before realizing he had left his phone at the register. A female with kids who was in line behind the victim noticed this when staff collected the phone and took it to Walmart customer service. The female along with her kids went to customer service and retrieved the phone from Walmart staff as if they were the ones who had left it behind. The victim returned a short while later to discover that his phone had been stolen.
