Case #19-9021 (Escaped, Wanted Suspect)
Aransas Pass, Texas

On Friday, April 5th, 2019 around noon time, officers responded to a fight between two male subjects. The fight was the result of Martin Falcon AGE 33 being caught in the act of sexually abusing a child. Falcon was taken into custody for the offense of indecency with a child by sexual contact. However, he had to be taken to Northshore ER for evaluation and professional clearance when he complained about being suicidal.

Martin Falcon AGE 33

While at Northshore ER, Falcon was guarded by APPD contracted guard services while waiting to be seen by mental health staff. Falcon escaped custody by walking out of the ER right past the watchful eye of the security guard. Portland Police located Falcon and returned him to the facility. APPD officers returned to the hospital to sit with Falcon until he was transferred to Doctors Regional Hospital.

While at Doctor’s Regional for continued treatment, Falcon again escaped while dressed in his paper hospital gown. CCPD arrived on location but was unsuccessful in locating him.

It’s unfortunate, but we do feel that Falcon is manipulating the mental health system and booking protocols to delay going to jail. Falcon is believed to be violent and may resort to violence if contacted.

If located, please call 911. If you have information on Falcon’s whereabouts and want to remain anonymous, tip us at 758-TIPS or online by visiting Tri-County Crime Stoppers at https://p3tips.com/437. Your tip could earn you a cash reward!
