On behalf of the Aransas Pass Police Department, I would like to introduce you to John Flowers. John has been employed with the Aransas Pass Police Department since 2008. Approximately six months ago, John was promoted to assistant supervisor for the communications division. An assistant supervisor was needed since the dispatch supervisor received several added responsibilities. The communications division covers 911 emergencies for police, fire, and EMS and non-emergency requests for public service. John has excelled in his job duties and taken on several new tasks as if they were second nature. John is also a member of the Aransas Pass Volunteer Fire Department and serves as the director of the Aransas Pass Police Explorers program.
As a result of John’s excellence in the job, he has been recognized by his coworkers as the 2nd Employee of the Quarter 2013. Thank you John; keep up the great work!
