On Friday, February 14, 2020, Officers of the Aransas Pass Police Department arrested Allen Pace Jr AGE 35 on an outstanding warrant for Theft by Deception. During the arrest, Pace was found in possession of numerous W-2 and 1095 tax forms as well as a notebook containing personal identifying information and bank/credit card information.

Investigators are currently sending out department letters to identified victims. The mailer contains a form letter and an account holder’s statement. We ask that if you receive the document, please fill out the information requested, sign it in front of any Texas peace officer or notary, and return it to the PD. The recipient may return the form in person at the Police Department or by mail. The form must be signed by the recipient and officer/notary in order to be valid.
